However, from the deaf person’s standpoint there are some essential and realistic problems with this wording. At the same time, to hearing people this wording militates against the correct understanding of the issue of confronting deaf children.\nThis paper emphasizes the logical issue of the idea “acceptance of disability\", and propose it’s reconsideration. This paper describes a basic framework (model for understanding) of the idea “cognition of impairment\" as an alternative way to think of the issues related to deaf children. From this alternative view, we can see disability as “a different physical situation (phenomenon)\".
