 note = {P(論文), This study aims to find a method for introducing of the unit care into the existing nursing homes, that is considered for behavior patterns of Alzheimer type and cerebrovascular type of dementia.
We conducted a questionnaire of 104 homes in Miyazaki and Oita about living conditions of dementia old persons and the formation of the unit care.
As a result of this investigation, we recognized that there are a few homes with the unit care in case of a large number of persons to be admitted, and living fields aren’t distinguished the dementia old persons from the not dementia old persons And many homes take measure against serious dementia at private rooms or near staff rooms. 
In conclusion, it is so difficult to introduce the unit care for dementia old persons. Because there are tight restrictions under the space and staff condition in the existing home. Therefore, we must look over the planning of existing homes again and find a method for the introduction by the remodeling and extension.},
