A second purpose of this article is to make some suggestions for improvement. We conducted a research in August and October 1999, in which 86 elder persons in Nobeoka city and 3 towns responded to questionnaire and interview requests, We analyzed (1) instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) of the aged people in addition to their activities of daily living (ADL), (2) where aged people go and the way of their going-out, and (3) health, social welfare and medical services they receive. The findings are as follows: Firstly, many aged people are dependent in terms of IADL, though many of them are independent in terms of ADL. Secondly, they seldom go out for their own amusement, although many of them go to hospital or city office in their family car Thirdly, many aged people are satisfied with these social services. Our findings indicate to us the need for greater support of aged people for IADL and for increased mobility. Some suggestions are made for improvement of living environments and social services.}, pages = {105--113}, title = {保健・福祉・医療ネットワークに関する一考察 : 宮崎県北地域における調査結果より}, volume = {2}, year = {2001}, yomi = {フジタ, ユミコ and オギノ, トシコ and イノウエ, ユミコ and イノウエ, ヒデハル and マツモト, ユミコ and ツカグチ, イキオ} }
