Two hundred and nine students in 1999 year and 216 students in 2000 volunteered to participate in this survey. In the second survey, the pedometer recordings in a day, of selected two days, were newly adopted as a part of the study, and the results provided certain new findings, besides comparison of the two survey results. In terms of the lifestyle check list results, number of nutrients intake for breakfast and the daily total intake, number of risk factors of the coronary heart diseases, maximum oxygen intake as an indicator of health-related fitness, and activity point as an indicator of the degree of weekly activity, no significant differences were found between the two surveys. The pedometer recording analysis suggested that students, particularly women students, were rather inactive in comparison to the national statistics.}, pages = {161--165}, title = {福祉系大学学生の健康実態とライフスタイルについて (2)}, volume = {2}, year = {2001}, yomi = {マツダ, チカコ and ハタノ, ヨシロウ} }
