Seventy-five elders (14 male, 61 female) from two elderly nursing homes were interviewed with regard to the self-efficacy scale and associate questionnaires. The results showed that self-efficacy of elders was not significantly related to their age, sex, intelligence and physical self-maintenance. However, self- efficacy had a direct influence on their worth living and anxiety. Consequently, it is considered that elderly people could obtain high self-efficacy by eliminating their anxiety and obtaining their worth living regardless of physical disabilities. In the present aging society, studying the way of life for elderly people will be paid more attention, in which seeking the worth living for rest of their life with the concept of self-efficacy will be one of the important factors. Hence, such psychological concept as self-efficacy for elders should be more involved in the field of social welfare.}, pages = {189--194}, title = {高齢者の自己効力感に関する研究 (II) 自立と生きがいなどとの関わり}, volume = {3}, year = {2002}, yomi = {マエダ, ナオキ and ソノダ, ジュンイチ and タカヤマ, イワオ and クリヤマ, カズヒロ and タナカ, ヨウコ} }
