Childcare itinerant consultants and childcare workers jointly created a childcare support plan. In the plan, a priority issue for the child was to be able to make voice volume adjustments according to the rules for group situations. To achieve this, individual and group instructions were given using the scale as part of programmed childcare. When creating and applying the voice level scale, efforts were taken to reflect the simultaneous cognitive processing style in which the child was adept. A childcare worker rated the child’s voice volume control for each instruction and regular childcare situation. At the end of one series of instructions, the childcare worker was asked about behavior modification of the child and the other children. When prompted by the childcare worker and other children, the child was able to make voice volume adjustments to match each situation in a group activity according to the rules. In light of this finding and in anticipation of the child’s upcoming entry to school, we discuss the effectiveness of the programmed childcare based on the childcare support plan and ideal methods of childcare consultations.}, pages = {1--8}, title = {発達障害リスク幼児に対する「声のものさし」を用いた設定保育の有効性 : 保育コンサルテーションの視点から}, year = {2018}, yomi = {マツヤマ, ミツオ and フジタ, カズヒロ and クラウチ, ノリコ} }
