Each swab was diluted with 10 ml sterile phosphate\nbuffered salts whose 1ml was used as a sample.\n  Regarding the feeds, both the number of viable bacteria and the number of coliform\nbacteria on chicken were much more than the other feeds. It is necessary to pay attention\nto avoid the contamination.
