Museums and cultural properties have also been severely damaged, and\nrelief and preservation activities are being conducted for the damaged materials.\n　Under these circumstances, the activities for saving and preserving photographs\nare often closely related to the owners themselves, and some activities are carried out\nby organizations or individuals not based on local governments or universities. Here,\nrather than highly specialized preservation and restoration technology, a method of\npreservation possible with familiar materials is required.
