 note = {P(論文), A survey was conducted to understand the nature and management of persons with SLH disorders in facilities of child welfare and the elderly in Nobeoka city, the year before last. This study we made a screening test for adults with SLH and related disorders. The test was consisted of 27 items. 15 subjects are evaluated. It needed 17 minutes on an average. The results indicated aphasia, dysarthria and hardness of hearing and dementia. Especially the outcomes of aphasia and dysarthria ware matched with the evaluation of standard aphasia and dysarthria examination by speech therapist. These results suggested the screening test is possible for SLH and related disorders for adults.},
