 note = {P(論文), We reported the situation of "Hello" clinic for persons with speech-language-hearing disorders, established and practiced by our department. The total number of users was 78 from November 26,2000 to November l,2002.There were 15 children who had hearing impairment. They had two problem as follows. 1)delayed detection of hearing impairment, 2)delayed start of special support for hearing impairment. To improve the situation, we proposed 4 plans, 1) starting special support early, 2) cooperation of related facilities for children who had hearing impairment, 3) maintaining our clinic "Hello", 4) educating and training speech-language-hearing therapist at our department.},
