 note = {P(論文), This study aims to gain basic knowledge for the introduction of the group care unit into existing nursing homes through a case study of A-home which is trying to introduce a group care unit by making practical use of traditional spaces. The findings are as follows : 1. It is possible to introduce a group care unit with only small renovations when the existing space is being planned continuously from bedroom to living room and the members of its group are of a comparatively high level of ADL. 2. And when we consider essential the meaning of the group care unit, we also have to prepare private spaces. 3. When the existing space is not planned continuously from bedroom to living room, the large-scale reconstruction planning will be necessary. 4. The care staff has to reconsider the kind of care used previously.},
