The findings are as follows : 1. It is possible to introduce a group care unit with only small renovations when the existing space is being planned continuously from bedroom to living room and the members of its group are of a comparatively high level of ADL. 2. And when we consider essential the meaning of the group care unit, we also have to prepare private spaces. 3. When the existing space is not planned continuously from bedroom to living room, the large-scale reconstruction planning will be necessary. 4. The care staff has to reconsider the kind of care used previously.}, pages = {133--140}, title = {A特別養護老人ホームにおけるユニットケアの取り組みと今後の課題 : 既存特別養護老人ホームにおけるユニットケア導入に関する基礎的研究 その1}, volume = {5}, year = {2004}, yomi = {サンノミヤ, モトヒロ and カタオカ, マサキ} }
