We evaluated 43 children with a screening test which consisted of 4 items. And, we gave questionnaires to their parents and nursery school teachers. 41 of the children were both mentally handicaped and had speech-language-hearing disorders. Parents and teachers needed practical methods for development of language. We started a new system to support them.
