However, the precise roles of zinc in central nervous system are still unclear. Recent studies have revealed that excessive extracellular zinc is concerned with neuronal death after the transient global cerebral ischemia. We have found that zinc caused marked death of immortalized hypothalamic neurons (GT1-7 cells). In this study, we have investigated the detailed characteristics of zinc-induced neurotoxicity of GT1-7 cells. To elucidate the mechanism of Zn-induced neuronal death, we observed effects of various pharmacological agents.}, pages = {247--251}, title = {亜鉛によって引き起こされる培養神経細胞のアポトーシスメカニズムの検討}, volume = {5}, year = {2004}, yomi = {コノハ, ケイコ and カワハラ, マサヒロ} }
