 note = {P(論文), The present study examined the effect of participant's empowerment in the cultivation course for volunteer staff. According to self-evaluation assessment submitted by the participants after the course, most participants significhantly improved their empowerment and provided accurate goal setting and approach for volunteers organisation. As a part of ourse session, mutual exchange of participants and teachers in group discussion was also positively assenssed that led the participants to increase activity and awareness of diverse values. Thus, the teaching mehod facilitaiting participant's empowerment need to be developed and included in the training coureseof social worker.},
