The aim of this report is to analyze the data and to discuss possible modifications for the clinic. We also plan to establish a form that can be used to summarize the client characteristics and services. From the beginnign of "Hello" on December 2000, the total number of clients was 149. Sixty-nine clients were seen in the acadmeic year of 2003. The clients were children under 15 (N=64;94.1%), including many young children under 6 (N=39;60.9%). Language disability was the most frequently found speech-language-hearing disorder (N=33;47.8%); followed by eleven clients with hearing desorders, and nine clients with speech sidabilities. A similar trend was observed for the admitted clients in terms of the age and disorder category. A majority of the admitted clients (N=19;59.9%) were redidents of Nobeoka-City. Seventeen clients (55.9%) were referred to by care workers, hearth public nureses or schoolteachers. The clients (N=17;55.9%) were only evaluated and no therapy was administere.
