The research has been performed on the 64 pairs of coordenators and personal siistants, divided into 4 groups vased on their work experiences and academic backgrounds in rehabilitation. 26 questions have been given to analyze their recognition of problems. The results of this questionnaire showed 19 out of 26 questions indicated that there were defferences of recognitions among the personal assistants depending on their work experiences. More details as follows : Work experience : 13(68%), Academic background. 6(32%) Based on these results, the work experience has more significnace than the academic background. And overall results of this research indicated that the problems will be recognized more easily if career of personal assistants are longer and that of coordinators are shorter. The personal assistants tend to recognize problems based on their skills of coordination and interaction with them.
