We conducted our research during July 2005. A total of 479 teachers in the northern part of the Miyazaki Prefecture responded to the questionnaire. Questions are about their attitudes toward child abuse, gender, children and family, their past and present experiences, and so on. The findings are as follows: female and younger teachers tend to perceive male hegemony, male or management teachers tend to deny compatibility of job and childcare for females; female teachers see children as the active agents, male teachers see them as subordinate agents; regression analysis revealed some relationships between their attitudes and past experiences. We discuss the results in terms of structures of teacher groups and gender/power differentiation of attitudes towards gender and children, as the basis of their attitudes toward child abuse.}, pages = {29--38}, title = {児童虐待に対する教師の意識に関する調査研究 (2) : 教師の職業的社会化に関する予備的分析}, volume = {7}, year = {2006}, yomi = {フジタ, ユミコ and タナカ, ヨウコ and ヨコヤマ, ユタカ and ナガトモ, マミ} }
