"Normalization" is the view that people who undertake disadvantage socially, such as a disabled person and elderly people, realize society which can exercise a right equivalent to a local daily life. It was thought as the paradigm alter the old and conventional mode of Japanese social welfare. However, the principle of normalization seems not to be understood itself often precisely. In this research, we tried to reconsider the principle of normalization that was introduced in '80s. We read the true meaning of "normalization" into the claim of various theorists of those days, when reconsidering the principle of normalization. Their claim had aimed at right protection and independence support. This paper suggests that it is important to return to the true meaning of normalization for development of social welfare of Japan.}, pages = {133--143}, title = {改めてノーマリゼーション原理を考える}, volume = {7}, year = {2006}, yomi = {オカザキ, トシハル and サンノミヤ, モトヒロ and カタオカ, マサキ} }
