Its aim is to raise the monthly pay of care workers who fulfil certain requirements by 17,000 yen on average. Care homes using this system are required to show their care workers that they can have careers in that industry.In this paper, I will compare and consider various career path models and uncover a standard career path for care workers. However, some challenges still exist, such as lack of information on career paths themselves, people casting doubt on the continuity of the system, and a sense of unfairness between full- and non-full time care workers. It is argued that the formulation of career paths at care homes has not advanced as much as had been expected.}, pages = {45--55}, title = {介護職員のキャリアパス提示モデルの比較検討 : 介護職員処遇改善交付金制度における介護福祉士の位置づけ}, volume = {12}, year = {2011}, yomi = {ヨコヤマ, ユタカ} }
