One hundred preschool teachers (8 males, 92 females) were administered a questionnaire including preschool teacher-efficacy scale, Kiss-18, work satisfaction scale and BDI-II. With regard to the situation of mental health, preschool teachers scored slightly lower than the general level. Pass analysis indicated that 1) preschool-teacher-efficacy and social skills had a significant effect on work satisfaction, and 2) social skills and work satisfaction affected mental health significantly. Social skills influenced mental health of preschool teachers directly while preschool-teacher-efficacy had an effect on it indirectly. These results suggested that social skills training for preschool teachers would be effective in order to their mental health.}, pages = {17--23}, title = {保育者効力感、社会的スキル及び職務満足感が保育士の精神的健康に与える影響}, volume = {10}, year = {2009}, yomi = {マエダ, ナオキ and カネマル, ヤスヨ and ハタダ, ソウイチロウ} }
