All the object number was 251 people including the 217 female, 31 male and 3 sex indistinct peoples, and divided to the 85 medical staff, the 83 welfare staff and the 67 assistant staff. Survey result like the following was obtained; 1) 220 people knew the word Of QOL (87.5%). Although the welfare staff knew the word in comparison with the medical staff the understanding degree was low than the medical staff. 2) QOL was shown that be expressed by “daily living, emotion (feeling), social relations, self (subjectivity), health, pleasure or activity” and be evaluated. 3) The impression of QOL were “meaning deep, difficult to understand, individual difference and not uniform”, it was many. 4) The possibility that QOL be evaluated from the viewpoint of “satisfaction and the worth living (IKIGAI)” was suggested. 5) It was conceivable that QOL was constructed by the 4 series (daily living, feelings, social relations, health) and self-standards (the worth standard) for determination. 6) It was suggested that the QOL include the directivity that advances.}, pages = {135--140}, title = {日本人のQOL観に関する一考察 : 岡山県における調査を通して}, volume = {1}, year = {2000}, yomi = {フクモト, ヤスホ and マツダ, リュウジ and ナンバ, エツコ and エグサ, ヤスヒコ and セキヤ, マコト} }
