| 内容記述 | We ded a purestionnaire survey to clarify the problem of the developmental screening of language and hearing function in public service. We sent a puestionnaire to a chief or coordinator in the maternal and child health section in 44 towns and villages in Miyazaki prefecture, from September to Octover, 2004. We received 25 answers (57% of rates of collection). At the same time, we did another questionnaire survey about public infant medical checkup service in Miyazaki prefecture, and received 93 answers from public health nurse (PHN) in 26 towms and villages in Miyazaki. The result indicated that the PHNs are serving as the coordinator of the infant medical checkup service, the contents of the service different from region to region in Miyazaki prefecture, and the experts of motor, intelligence, or language development rarely participate to the service. PHN wanted participation of an expert to the public service, and wanted to get information offered from the expart. The developmental screening of the language and hearing function contained a few item, moreover, the indirect ways (such as the qurestioning) were main way to screening. We are going to survey at more wide area about these problems. | |||||||||||||||||||
